Coin de Jardin
(Corner of the
Garden)
The corner of my
gardens rise,
I want and need
these light grey skies,
And, right the
artist’s blue brush brings,
A blush, with
blonder bluer things.
Quick down descend
to darkened pool,
Of waters quiver’ng
quiet; cool,
Now, leaping left
the bright spring flowers,
I’ll sit and stare
for hours and hours.
