Olio! Olio! Starfox on Golio (Children's Poem)
Olio! Olio! Starfox on Golio!
Mintock and Pintock and Fiddledeedee,
Were playing Goolong on the planet Goolee.
But, Starfox was stranded he needed all three,
He needed their rescue; he needed all three!
I’m dying of Shurma; I’m dying for sure,
I know I need Zurma for it is the cure!
Now Mintock the doctor, and Pintock his nurse,
And, Fiddledeedee had the Zurma packed purse,
The Zurma now filtered through three billion Zops,
From three zillion acres of Zurmapop crops.
Oh, Mintock the doctor how he was morose,
For Golio’s Shurma it took a strong dose,
He told Fiddledeedee, “You must pack your purse!”
“In case we get Shurma, and die of that curse!”
Now Golio was gorgone miles from Goolee,
A desolate place filled with nauseous Sharee,
We all felt that Sharee and Shurma were linked,
And, Starfox would test with his Loomgottapinked.
The Loomgottapinked was a massive old thing,
It could pick up a speck; test a germ with a, “Ping!”
If Shurma was out there amongst the Sharee,
The Loomgottapinked it would “Ping!”, yessiree!
Now, Mintock and Pintock and Fiddledeedee,
They landed their ship in a field of Sharee,
And, there they found Starfox all gasping for air,
The friends they would save him with Zurma to spare!
They packed up the Loomgottapinked and its stand,
Spread Zurma all over Sharee in the land,
Now, Shurma is gone, yes, it has met its dead ends,
And, all thanks to Starfox and his wonderful friends!
