Winter Scene

Winter Scene

Oh, Share with me this winter scene,
White icing covered evergreen,
Eye ivory hills and frozen lake,
A soul filled peaceful winter’s break.

Let’s brave and don our winter clothes,
Wool hats for ears; Wool socks for toes,
Our boots; the crunchy sound they yield,
Send seven squirrels across the field.

The earth; the sun quite angled now,
Bring snow; some cold, and a snow plow,
So we may travel out to see,
This snowy winter’s reverie!
