Father of the Bride
I have a daughter,
Happily married,
Today a friend’s daughter married,
Two weeks ago,
A friend’s daughter married,
The Fathers,
My friends,
These men,
Love their wives,
Their lives,
Their inner core,
Is sound,
Not unbound,
By distraction,
Attraction,
A fraction of what it takes to be real,
To feel,
True love,
Eternally!
