The Mystery

The Mystery

Above the great and rocky climb,
Above the trees and snow sublime,
Beyond the clouds and bluest mist,
Beyond the stars which now exist.

Now turning, turning inward bound,
From fauna; flora each profound,
A mix; yet carbon chemistry,
Unbind, unbind the mystery.

So many live in darkness here,
I don’t know why they live in fear,
Is age of reason a way out?
Each manmade logic leads to doubt.

New day I thank my God for life,
For grace, for love, and even strife,
I’ve walked thus far with pain filled joints,
I leap in joy for Christ anoints!
